Studio Ghibli reveals secret scenes inside the studio, attracts a lot of praise, pencil stubs are collected for future use

Today, January 14, the famous animation studio Studio Ghibli displayed a secret scene within the company, which attracted warm praise from netizens. It showed a corner in the company that is dedicated to collecting leftover pencil heads, and called on everyone to reuse them as much as possible and not waste them.

Studio Ghibli is one of the most famous animation studios in Japan. Founded in mid-1985, it was originally affiliated with Tokuma Shoten and is located in Koganei City, a suburb of Tokyo, Japan. It currently has about 300 employees, led by director Hayao Miyazaki and his colleagues Isao Takahata and Toshio Suzuki. Composer Joe Hisaishi has also produced film music for many of Studio Ghibli's works. The studio logo is its representative work "My Neighbor Totoro".

How can a good studio produce so many excellent animation works? This is a good example. On January 14, Studio Ghibli showed a corner in the company dedicated to collecting leftover pencil stubs. Ghibli also called on everyone through the company's tips to save as many leftover pencil stubs as possible, connect them with transparent tape or brackets, and use them again.
