"Batman: The Dark Knight" and "Shrek the Monsters" are selected as American national treasure movies in 2020

Recently, the National Film Registry of the United States announced this year's collection list! This registry is a list of films designated by the National Film Preservation Board to be preserved in the Library of Congress. Since 1998, it has been selected at the end of each year, and the selection objects are films that have been released for more than ten years.

These films are of great cultural, historical, and artistic significance to the nation's film heritage. Every year, 25 films are included in the list, so they can be considered "national treasures" of the United States. This year, a total of 25 films were included in the list, bringing the total number of American national treasures to 800.
