Star Wars actor David Prowse dies at 85

According to foreign media reports, British actor David Prowse, who played Darth Vader in the Star Wars trilogy, has died at the age of 85.

David Prosperous is 2 meters tall. He was a professional weightlifter and had a strong physique. George Lucas asked him to audition for the role of Darth Vader and originally decided to cast him as Chewbacca. However, he walked into the dark corner of the studio without saying a word, and everyone fell silent. He said, "Thank you for your advice, George, but I have a talent for villains. You see, it's that simple. I don't need to read any lines or do anything to look like a villain." So the great director Lucas was convinced by him, and the majestic Darth Vader was born.

David Prosper has also starred in films such as "The Royal Cabaret", "The Terror of Frankenstein", and "Frankenstein from Hell". Prosper's agent Thomas Bowington said: "May the Force be with him forever! Although he is famous for playing many monsters, for myself and everyone who knows David and has worked with him, he is a hero in our lives."
