Glen Powell to star in 'Burning Fire' reboot

Recently, Brian Grazer, the producer of "A Beautiful Mind" and "Apollo 13", revealed to foreign media that Glen Powell, the actor of "Top Gun 2" and "Twister", will star in the reboot of "Burnous Fire". "Burnous Fire", which was released in 1991, starred Kurt Russell and directed by Ron Howard. It is a representative work on the theme of Hollywood firefighters.

"Burning Fire" tells the story of a mysterious arsonist who set fires all over Chicago and firefighters who bravely put out the fires. It earned $77.86 million in North America, ranking 11th in the annual box office list, and $152 million worldwide.

In this interview, Brian Grazer also mentioned that he is developing a movie version of "24" with Disney and 20th Century Fox. This classic American TV series starring Kiefer Sutherland began airing in 2001, and there was a TV movie "24: Redemption" in 2008. Kiefer Sutherland is 58 years old this year, and it is not known whether he will still play the role in this movie version.
