TV animation "Godzilla: Singularity Point" preview: ferocious beasts appear one after another

The new TV animation "Godzilla: Singularity Point" produced by Bones (Fullmetal Alchemist, etc.) and Orange (Land of the Lustrous, BEASTARS, etc.) released its official trailer and poster today (October 27), with multiple monsters appearing on stage. "Godzilla: Singularity Point" will premiere in April 2021, and Netflix will be responsible for global distribution.

Since the first movie in 1954, the "Godzilla" series has produced and released many works, and now it has become a very well-known character both in Japan and abroad. From 2017 to 2018, a total of 3 animated films were released, but this time "Godzilla: Singularity Point" will unfold with an original story that is completely different from the movie.

Godzilla: Strange Point is directed by Atsushi Takahashi, who directed the Doraemon theatrical version, and written by Toru Enjo, the author of the novel The Chou no Chou, and Kazue Kato, the author of the manga Ao no Exorcist, with music by composer Kan Sawada and monster design by Eiji Yamamori. The legendary animator Eiji Yamamori from Studio Ghibli was also invited to design the new Godzilla monster.
