Today (August 26), Warner Bros.’ official Weibo account released the exclusive Chinese poster for Nolan’s film "Tenet", with all the cast making a stunning appearance. The film will be released nationwide on September 4, 2020. Screenshots from the official blog: Tenet is directed by Christopher Nolan and stars John David Washington, Robert Pattinson and Elizabeth Debicki. The story focuses on a group of mysterious international agents who try to prevent the outbreak of World War III and use the ability to travel through time and space and reverse time during their missions. China exclusive poster: IGN rating: 8 points, very good Tenet is another thrilling addition to Nolan’s canon, but is slightly hampered by a sense of over-familiarity. Overall review: Tenet isn't Nolan's best work, but it's still another thrilling entry in his canon. In a cinema dominated by franchises and sequels, it successfully shows the joy of unconnected and non-serialized original stories. Although it does break new ground, Tenet is Nolan's most conservative film in recent years. After directing two ambitious two-parter, Nolan's Tenet feels a little conservative, as if Nolan's style is a series rather than a framework. Still, it's more interesting than most other films that test the waters, and serves as a beacon of the director's strength. At a time when the film industry is struggling through arguably its most difficult period in its entire history, Tenet serves as a fantastic reminder of what blockbuster filmmaking can aspire to, and why it's best experienced in a giant, dark room. Nolan's film "Tenet" will be released nationwide on September 4, 2020. The foreign media ratings have been unlocked. IGN officially scored 8 points, believing that although the film is a bit conservative, it is still very good. Interested players can look forward to it. |
