The entire Mate 60 series of mobile phones are out of stock, and the shipment volume is said to have been increased to 20 million units

IT Home reported today (September 14) that the Huawei Mate60 series is Huawei's most important flagship mobile phone this year. After the pre-order of this series of mobile phones started on August 29, it quickly triggered a buying frenzy in the market, and the popularity even exceeded the newly released iPhone15.

Earlier, supply chain sources said that Huawei's Mate 60 Pro orders have increased to 15 million to 17 million units. However, IT Times reporters learned from industry chain sources that the shipment volume of Huawei's Mate 60 Pro and Mate 60Pro+ has been increased to 20 million units.

At present, the supply of Huawei Mate 60 is still far from meeting the pre-order volume, and out-of-stock and shortages have occurred both online and offline. According to reports, staff at several Huawei offline stores said that if you pre-order now, the earliest you can get the phone is October, and you may even have to wait two months to receive it.

At the same time, scalpers also smelled business opportunities and squatted in front of Huawei stores, reselling Mate 60 series phones at a price about 1,000 yuan higher than the original price. However, since Huawei requires users to activate the phones on site when picking up the products offline, scalpers can only sell but not buy them.

It is reported that Huawei Terminal BG CEO Yu Chengdong said at the Huawei M7 launch conference held on September 12, "Mate 40 Pro has set a record for the most valuable mobile phone, and Mate 60 Pro may set a hottest record."
