The official said: The 4DX version of the theatrical animation "Mobile Police Patlabor the Movie" is confirmed to be released on July 17, 2020. At the same time, we will also provide some commemorative products to fans, priced at 800 yen (excluding tax).

Patlabor is a long science fiction manga created by Masami Yuuki in 1988. It tells the story of the Special Mobile Police Unit 2, a police force equipped with robots to complete various missions. This manga is different from other similar films in that it focuses on people rather than robots. The hilarious plot and mysterious enemies make this work have a unique charm that is completely different from the Gundam series. This work has been adapted into many live-action films and TV series.

The first theatrical version of the series, "Mobile Police Patlabor the Movie", premiered in 1989 and tells the story of the decisive battle in Tokyo Bay. Stay tuned.
