Rick and Morty Season 4 IGN score 8: Quality fluctuates but still very good

Today (June 9), IGN gave a final score of 8 points to the just-concluded fourth season of "Rick and Morty". In the review, IGN stated: Although the quality of the fourth season of "Rick and Morty" fluctuated, several episodes in it still reached the highest level of the entire series.

IGN 8 points: Excellent

Rick and Morty's fourth season has had some ups and downs in terms of quality, but many of its episodes are among the best in the series.

IGN Overall Review:

Rick and Morty Season 4 may not have been the most consistent in terms of overall quality, but it did have a few episodes that were some of the best in the series. Season 4, despite taking a very "back to basics" approach to storytelling, continued to show a willingness to think outside the box. Even when a few endings felt underwhelming or overdone, it didn't take away from the success of Edge of Tomorty: Rick Die Rickpeat and the Vat of Acid Episode. Season 4 also ended on the best note with Star Mort Rickturn of the Jerri, an ending that bodes well for even better content to come in Season 5.
