The first impression of the media at the premiere of "Mulan" is released! Praise is full of amazing sexiness

Disney's latest live-action adaptation, Mulan, premiered worldwide on March 10, and the first impressions from critics are in. Most people are full of praise for Mulan, saying that although it is different from the 1998 animation, it has great action scenes and a more mature tone. Most importantly, it is "astonishingly sexy for a Disney movie" and may be the best Disney live-action adaptation to date.

The following are initial impressions and comments posted on social media by some industry insiders who watched the premiere.

Erik Davis of Fandango: "Mulan is an exhilarating, energetic, emotional film that is unlike anything animated. It's a more mature Disney film, with dazzling production and fight scenes. Director Niki Caro and star Liu Yifei are the biggest draws."

Maude Garrett of Geekbomb: "I loved this movie, the costumes and fight/stunts were incredible, and the emotional scenes were heartbreaking."

Kirsten Acuna of Insider: "Mulan is absolutely fantastic. It doesn't matter that it doesn't follow the original musical format, the live-action remake captures the essence of the original and elevates it with superb action scenes. If you're a fan of the original animation, there are many homages to the film."

Kevin Polowy of Yahoo: "I've seen Mulan twice now, and it's easily the best live-action Disney adaptation yet. I think it's also Disney's first epic war film? Mulan is beautiful, fascinating, and rich in detail, and the actors and director are incredible."

Angie J. Han of Mashable: "Mulan finds new sparkle in a familiar story and delivers wonderful action, emotion, and just the right amount of humor. Liu Yifei is amazing. Plus! It's surprisingly sexy for a Disney movie."

Peter Sciretta of Slashfilm: "I was never a big fan of the animated film and only saw the original once, so I don't have any sentimental elements. But I was surprised how much I enjoyed this live-action adaptation. It's so epic, the action is astounding, and it definitely exceeds your expectations."

Tesa Smith of The Geekly Show: "All I can say is - NB is crazy. Disney's Mulan is not only dazzling, but also full of deep charm. I laughed and cried during the viewing process, but I loved every second of Mulan."

"Mulan" will be released in North America on March 27 and will not be withdrawn.
