It is reported that "It's So Cute Anyway" is a manga created by Kenjiro Hata, which was serialized in the 12th issue of "Weekly Shonen Sunday" issued on February 14, 2018. The Chinese version was released online by Bilibili Comics. The single volume was published by Shogakukan.

Background story: On the day before the high school entrance exam, the boy Xingkong met a very cute girl. However, he was careless and got into a traffic accident... Xingkong suddenly confessed to the girl who saved him. The answer was "I will date you if you are willing to marry me."
