On March 2, Shanghai Chinese Films released a message on Weibo, announcing that the movie "Ip Man 4: The Finale" will be released in Africa on March 6.

"Ip Man 4: The Finale" achieved a box office of 1.181 billion yuan after its release in mainland China at the end of December 2019. Donnie Yen performed the scene of Ip Man meeting his apprentice Bruce Lee in the United States, and the relationship between master and apprentice was moving.

Shanghai Chinese Films also released a new poster of Ip Man 4: The Finale on Weibo, with the words "Humility wins the world" written prominently in the poster, which is also the life creed that Ip Man practices in the film.
