According to recent reports from Japanese media, veteran voice actor Hisa Katsuda died on February 21 due to old age and frailty at the age of 92. During his lifetime, he had played roles in many works, including Dr. Tea in the classic animation "Astro Boy".

Katsuta Hisahi is a senior voice actor in Japan. He was born in Tokyo on April 2, 1927. He entered the drama school "Kamakura Gakuin" in 1946. In 1948, he made his official debut as a voice actor in NHK's radio drama "Water Margin". He has played the roles of Dr. Tea in the classic animation "Astro Boy" and Mandy in the TV animation "Jungle Emperor".
