Plot summary: The world's largest sports event "WSG -World Sports Games-" will be held in Tokyo. In conjunction with the opening ceremony, Japan will open the world's first "Vacuum Superconducting Shinkansen" with a maximum speed of 1,000 km/h, combining all of Japan's cutting-edge technologies, between Shin-Nagoya Station and the newly built Shibahama Station in Tokyo.

Under the gaze of the world, the venue where well-known conference sponsors gathered encountered an emergency, and the bosses of the companies were kidnapped one after another. Akai Shuichi was monitoring the incident from behind, and the FBI members were waiting for Akai's instructions.
