Mad Max: Fury of the Gods is set to be released in mainland China on June 7

Today (May 17), Mad Max: Fury was officially scheduled for release in mainland China and will be released in theaters on June 7. Anya Taylor-Joy plays the young Queen Furiosa, Chris Hemsworth also stars, George Miller returns to direct and write, and will soon premiere in the non-competitive screening unit of the Cannes Film Festival. The story tells that "45 years after the collapse of civilization, Furiosa was taken away from her mother as a child, and she will spend her life looking for her way back."
