Marvel's "Loki" series may feature a female Loki

The show announced new news yesterday, and actress Sophia Di Martino confirmed that she will play a role in the show with Tom Hiddleston, who plays Loki.

Deadline confirmed that Di Martino will star in the six-episode series, which is expected to premiere in spring 2021. According to "sources close to the production team," she will play the female version of Loki.

There is also a female Thor in Thor 4, played by Natalie Portman, Thor's girlfriend in Thor 1. However, unlike the female Thor, the female Loki and the male Loki in the comics are the same person, not two characters. Because Loki is a cunning god, he can change his form. In the 2015 MMORPG Marvel Heroes, both male and female Loki are optional characters.
