"Downton Abbey" Movie Set to be Released in Mainland China, Original Cast Returns

The film "Downton Abbey", starring "Professor McGonagall" Maggie Smith, is scheduled to be released in mainland China on December 13. The original cast of "Tangjiatun" has returned and this time will host the British royal family.

The film version of the story goes to 1927, when the King and Queen of England are coming to visit, and the old butler Carson is also invited back. Familiar characters such as the old lady, the master, and the eldest lady appear, while "cousin" Dan Stevens and "Miss Rose" Lily James will not return. The film was released in North America on September 20.
