The Joker actor in Suicide Squad is unhappy with Warner Bros. using Joaquin to play the Joker

According to foreign media reports, Jared Leto, who plays the Joker in "Suicide Squad", feels "alienated and frustrated" about Warner Bros.' move to let another actor star in the movie "Joker". It is reported that Leto used "method acting" in "Suicide Squad" and played vulgar pranks on his co-actors, such as giving everyone dirty condoms and sex toys, and avoiding talking to anyone who did not fit the role.

Although Leto has tried very hard to play the Joker, the response has not been good. Leto played the Joker in the 2016 movie "Suicide Squad". Many people think that Leto may be threatened on the big screen because Warner introduced another Joker actor (Joaquin Phoenix).

In June 2018, ten months after Warner announced the Joker standalone film starring Joaquin Phoenix, it was announced that Leto's Joker would also become an independent film as a spin-off of Suicide Squad. But for some reason, the project and a Harley Quinn and Joker movie (originally supposed to be co-starred with Margot Robbie, the lead actress of Suicide Squad) were cut by Warner. Leto's Joker also seems to be absent from the upcoming DC movie Birds of Prey starring Margot Robbie.

Leto's absence from the previously announced DC Extended Universe movies could be due to his lackluster performance as the Joker and his seemingly obnoxious behavior behind the scenes. Leto reportedly pulled some disgusting pranks on his co-stars for his portrayal of the Joker in Suicide Squad, such as sending "dirty condoms and anal beads" to everyone. He also reportedly sent a dead pig to the first table and avoided speaking to anyone who wasn't in character.
