Maleficent 2 will be released in mainland China on October 18th.

Yesterday evening (September 29), there were rumors that Disney's "Maleficent 2" would be released in mainland China on October 18, simultaneously with North America. Today (September 30), Disney officially confirmed the news and released a promotional video for the mainland China release date.

This special promotional video also specially invited Elle Fanning, one of the leading actors of "Maleficent 2", who played Princess Aurora, and released many exclusive scenes.

"Maleficent 2" is directed by Joachim Rönning, the director of "Pirates of the Caribbean 5". The sequel takes place a few years after the previous film and continues to explore the complex relationship between Maleficent and Aurora.
