Following Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, another movie starring Brad Pitt, Ad Astra, is also confirmed to be introduced to China. The film has not yet been scheduled in China, but a Chinese promotional poster has been released.

The space science fiction film "Ad Astra" was released in the United States on September 20, 2019. It has received good word-of-mouth, with a Rotten Tomatoes freshness rating of 83% and an average score of 7.65. It has been certified fresh by Rotten Tomatoes and a MetaCritic average score of 80!

Ad Astra tells the story of Roy, a genius engineer with autism played by Pitt. Twenty years ago, his father (Jones) disappeared during an interstellar journey to explore whether there are extraterrestrial life on Neptune. In order to track his father's whereabouts, Roy also began his interstellar exploration. The film was shortlisted for the main competition unit of the 76th Venice Film Festival.

"Ad Astra" is directed by James Gray, the director of "Family Feud" and "The Lost City of Z", and stars Brad Pitt, Tommy Lee Jones, Donald Sutherland, Liv Tyler, Ruth Negga and others.
