Quentin Tarantino's ninth film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood premiered in Los Angeles today. Director Quentin and starring actors Leo, Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie appeared on the red carpet. In addition, Chris Hemsworth and his wife also attended the premiere, Britney Spears and her boyfriend Sam Asghari showed their affection, and Brosnan and his son also appeared on the red carpet.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood was previously rated "18+" by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), which also gave the film's official length of 161 minutes, which is 2 minutes longer than the version that premiered at the Cannes Film Festival.

"Aesthetics of violence" is one of Quentin's signature artistic styles, so it's not surprising that the rating is "not for viewing under 18 years old". At the Cannes Film Festival in May this year, after the film was screened, Quentin expressed his dissatisfaction with the film and told the media "I want it to be longer". The original rough cut of "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" was 4 hours and 20 minutes, and it was not the first time that Quentin re-edited the film after the premiere. The 161 minutes revealed by the ratings committee should be the version that Quentin has adjusted and finalized for public release.

The story of "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" takes place in the rapidly changing Los Angeles in 1969. It is set against the backdrop of the infamous "Manson Murders" and tells the story of how TV star Rick Dalton (Leonardo Dicaprio) and his long-term stunt partner Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) find their place in the increasingly unfamiliar entertainment industry.

The film has a star-studded cast, including Leonardo Dicaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Dakota Fanning, Damian Lewis, Emile Hirsch, Al Pacino, James Marsden, Kurt Russell, Lena Dunham, Tim Roth, Bruce Dern and more.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood will be released in North America on July 26. It is reported that Bona Film Group has also invested in the film and is responsible for the distribution in mainland China, but there is no news on whether it will be introduced to China.
