"Eight Master" Kenshi Yonezu is here! He will hold his first overseas concert in Shanghai on March 19

Japanese singer-songwriter Kenshi Yonezu announced today (7) that he will hold his overseas concert "When the Spine Becomes Opal" in Shanghai and Taipei in March.

Kenshi Yonezu started out as a VOCALOID artist under the name of Hachi, and officially started his artist activities under his real name Kenshi Yonezu in 2012. In the past, he has produced songs such as the ending song "orion" of "March Comes in Like a Lion" and the theme song "Peace Sign" of "My Hero Academia". Last year, he collaborated with the popular female singer DAOKO and released the theme song "Fireworks" for the theatrical version of "Fireworks" under the name of "DAOKO×Kenshi Yonezu". Many domestic fans call him "Ya Ye", and the joke of giving birth to a monkey has spread widely and even reached his ears.

Kenshi Yonezu, who will be launching his "When the Spine Becomes Opal" tour in Japan on March 19, announced today (7) that he will be holding his first overseas concerts at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Shanghai on March 19 and at the National Taiwan University Gymnasium in Taipei on March 30.

Ticket information for Kenshi Yonezu's "When the Spine Turns into Opal" concert has not yet been released by the organizer @STARGROUP-Star Clan Culture.
