Dwight "The Walking Dead" joins "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 5 and may play an important role

Recently, foreign media ComicBook reported that Dwight, played by Austin Amelio in "The Walking Dead", will appear in the fifth season of "Fear the Walking Dead".

This is not the first time that Fear the Walking Dead has introduced a crossover character from The Walking Dead. Morgan Jones appeared in the fourth season of Fear the Walking Dead and played an important role in bridging the show and the mother show The Walking Dead. It is not clear what role Dwight will play in the fifth season of Fear the Walking Dead.

Dwight is a character in The Walking Dead. He was originally a member of the Saviors. After he defected from leader Negan and returned to the Saviors Hall, he was tortured with Negan's "iron iron" and half of his face was burned. Later, he became one of the core cadres of the Saviors. Because he helped the evil, he was condemned by his conscience. After thinking it over again and again, he became an insider of Rick's alliance lurking in the Saviors. After the alliance successfully defeated the Saviors and captured Negan, he became the leader of the Saviors and led the remaining Saviors to join Rick's group.

The Walking Dead will return for the second half of Season 9 on February 10, 2019, while Fear the Walking Dead Season 5 is expected to air between April and June.
