Oscar Best Visual Effects Top Ten List Announced, "Aquaman" Was Unfortunately Missed

The top ten list of the 91st Academy Awards for Best Visual Effects was announced, with three Marvel movies shortlisted, namely Avengers: Endgame, Ant-Man 2, and Black Panther. The DC superhero movie Aquaman, which was recently popular in China, was previously shortlisted in the top 20, but did not make it into the top ten, becoming a big underdog. It is reported that the official nomination list will be announced on January 22, 2019, and the awards ceremony will be held on February 24, 2019.
