The four-frame manga masterpiece "He Who Doesn't Kill and She Who Doesn't Die" (殺さない彼と死なない彼女) (tentative translation), which was originally created at the end of the century and is currently gaining popularity, announced today that it will be made into a live-action movie, scheduled to be released in the fall of 2019. The strange-sounding name is just a story about the love affairs of two typical rebellious men and women. "He Who Doesn't Kill, and She Who Doesn't Die" tells the story of the relationship between Rei Kosaka, an unruly man who often says "Go to hell", and Nana Kano, a high school girl who occasionally falls into the habit of self-harm and "really wants to die". These two seemingly abnormal characters actually allude to various situations in the current society. It can also be said to be a story of two rebellious men and women. The screenwriter and director of the live-action film "He Who Doesn't Kill, and She Who Doesn't Die" is Keiichi Kobayashi. The male protagonist Kosaka REI, who fantasizes about killing people every day, is played by Shotaro Mamiya; the female protagonist Kano Nana, who wants to die every day but can't, is played by Sakurai Hinako. More new information will be released one after another, so stay tuned. The original author's self-portrait at the end of the century |
