Now according to the well-known film and television critic Dark Knight, the "Onmyoji" movie has been confirmed to start filming. Its official name is "The Order of the Samurai", and the starring role is Chen Kun.

In 2016, the mobile game Onmyoji became the most popular game of the year. Then at the end of the year, Kung Fu Pictures announced that it would join hands with Huayi Brothers Pictures and NetEase Pictures to create a movie version of Onmyoji. On March 1, 2017, Huayi Brothers and Kung Fu Pictures held an "Imagination Industry" press conference in Beijing, announcing that the movie Onmyoji, adapted from the mobile game of the same name, would be released on National Day in 2018. The plot synopsis shows: The magician observes the stars and determines the position, draws talismans and chants spells. During the Wuyue Kingdom period, evil monsters bewitched people and caused chaos in the capital. In order to protect the people, the magician Qin Yun launched the ultimate battle with the evil monsters.
