It's set! IT 2 will be released on September 6, 2019

Today, the official IT tweeted that IT 2 will be released on September 6, 2019. Fans responded crazily: Come scare me to death, I can’t wait!

"IT" tells the story of seven children being haunted by a clown evil spirit. The second part will focus on the seven children after they grow up. They swear that if the evil spirit comes back to hurt the children again, they will drive him out of town again. While replacing the adult actors, the child actors in the first part will also appear. Bill Skarsgard will continue to play the lingering evil clown.

The production company New Line Studios has confirmed that "IT: Chapter Two" will start shooting in the summer of 2018, with the scheduled start date being July 3. It will probably be wrapped up in mid-to-late October, with a shooting period of three and a half months.
