The live-action reboot of Silent Hill, Return to Silent Hill, has wrapped filming in Munich, Germany. Actor Jermey Irvine, who plays the lead actor James Sunderland in the film, shared a clip of the last scene of filming on social media. The movie "Return to Silent Hill" will tell the story of the game "Silent Hill 2". It will be directed by Christophe Gans, the director of the movie "Silent Hill 1", and starred by Jeremy Irvine and Hannah Emily Anderson. It started shooting in Germany and Eastern Europe in April last year. Story summary: Driven by the shadows of his past, James Sunderland returns to Silent Hill in search of his lost love, Mary Crane. But this dark, depressing town is no longer the place he remembers. He encounters characters who seem all too familiar, and who try to stop him from finding Mary. The longer he searches for Mary, the more he begins to question whether this is still reality - or if he has become drawn into the dark world of Jacob Crane. Konami's Silent Hill 2 Remake is expected to be released this year, and with the live-action Return to Silent Hill movie likely to be released this year, 2024 looks like the year this horror masterpiece will return. |
