Dwayne Johnson won't be starring in God of War series

Amazon is developing the Tomb Raider movie and the God of War series. According to foreign media reports, Dwayne Johnson will not play Kratos in the God of War series.

Foreign media TMZ reported that the director of the "God of War" series "strongly considered" Dwayne Johnson to play Kratos. In response, "God of War 4" director Cory Barlog replied that he "really haven't heard about it."

Christopher Judge, a black actor who voiced Kratos and was responsible for motion capture in the 2018 "God of War 4" game and its sequel "God of War 5", wants to star in the "God of War" series.

Netizens also hope that "Guardians of the Galaxy" actor Dave Bautista can play Kratos

Previously, God of War 4 director Cory Barlog promised that the God of War series will be as faithful to the original game as The Last of Us.
