"Arrest Warrant" is a manga by Kousuke Fujishima with two female traffic police as the protagonists. It is also his famous work. It was published in the weekly Morning Party special issue (Kodansha) from 1986 to 1992.

The story takes place in the fictional Mokuhigashi district in Tokyo, Japan. A new member of the Mokuhigashi police station, Natsumi Tsujimoto, was late for her first day of reporting. She was assigned to a team with Miyuki Kobayakawa by the section chief. The two of them quickly developed a friendship that went beyond being partners, from not liking each other at first.
