Director Nolan and his spouse were knighted for their outstanding contributions to film

According to Fast Technology today (December 19), Nolan and his spouse and production partner Emma Thomas were canonized by the British monarch at Buckingham Palace on December 18 local time and were officially awarded the title of knight, while Thomas became a dame:
