HBO's 'Succession' star Matthew MacFadyen to star in 'Deadpool 3'

According to Deadline, Matthew Macfadyen, the actor who recently played Tom Wanbsgans in the hit HBO series Succession, is in talks to join Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Emma Corrin in Deadpool 3.

McFadyen's role has not yet been revealed, but the character is described as the "Third Wheel" to the Deadpool and Wolverine duo. The film will be the first R-rated film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and will be produced by Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige.

MacFadyen previously won an Emmy for his supporting role in Succession and most recently appeared in the film Stonehouse. He is currently filming Holland, Michigan with Nicole Kidman and Gael García Bernal. The final season of Succession began airing on HBO last weekend.
