Tsuburaya Productions and TBS to jointly develop new Ultraman series to be announced this fall

Today, March 22, Tsuburaya Productions, the pioneering Japanese special effects company that is about to celebrate its 60th anniversary, announced that it will work with Japan's TBS TV station to develop a new plan. The new "Ultraman" series will be announced this fall, so stay tuned.

As early as 1966, Tsuburaya cooperated with TBS TV station to launch "Ultraman Q". In the same year, it launched "Ultraman" and "Ultraman Seven". The cooperation between the two parties has lasted for a long time. Although more than 50 years have passed, the IP copyright of "Ultraman" has experienced loss and recovery. Today, there are still many "Ultraman" fans all over the world.

Tsuburaya Productions stated that the influence of the Ultraman IP is expanding globally, and that it will continue to bring new content and fun to fans in cooperation with TBS TV. The first new plan is scheduled to be announced this fall, and specific trailers will be released at any time, so stay tuned.
