Xbox boss praises The Last of Us series: Neil plays an important role

Recently, Xbox boss Phil Spencer praised the series "The Last of Us". He believes that the successful game adaptation series is a great moment for the entire industry.

Recently, Phil Spencer was interviewed by foreign media IGN, praising the "The Last of Us" series for being great and successfully adapting the original story. "They adapted a wonderful game on the TV screen, which was done very well! Salute to the "The Last of Us" series team and all the people who worked hard for it."

Spencer also praised Neil Druckmann, saying: "Neil has been instrumental in the creation of games and series, and it's gratifying to see him use his creativity in the field of television. If you have one of the greatest creators in our industry, you can also succeed in another medium."

When asked if he hopes that Halo Season 2 will be as good as The Last of Us, Spencer said: "The Last of Us set an incredibly high bar. Do we aspire for Halo to live up to that standard? Absolutely."

The first season of The Last of Us premiered on January 15, with great reviews and ratings. HBO has also announced a renewal for the second season.
