Technology: CNC fine carving
CNC engraving is one of the most sophisticated printing tools. The processing time of each printing is long. It is so-called slow work produces fine work. It is carved on stainless steel with a very sharp knife head. The knife head is very easy to wear. It is necessary to do the second and third times to ensure the fineness. Each printing is checked with a high power magnifying glass before leaving the machine.
Material: 304 stainless steel
After a variety of materials comparison, although 304 stainless steel processing is the most difficult, but its hardness is high, so the maintenance performance is more outstanding, the service life is the longest.
Integrated pole: whole pole turning

Bevelers is the most commonly used tool in the whole leather carving printing system. Whether the texture effect or the smoothness of edge tapping, or whether there will be stuck or leather in the process of edge tapping, are all problems that need to be solved urgently. The most urgent problem is to keep the smooth edge knocking effect on the basis of sharp and clear patterns. How to achieve a balance point before the two, we are trying to find this A balance point.

I have defined the requirements for the first series of taping Bevelers I want to make: 1. The pattern is clear without sticking. 2. The edge tapping is smooth. 3. The curvature of the top is small, which is easy to knock, and the effect of finishing gradient is good. 4. The curvature of cross section is small, the angle is slightly steep and flat, which is convenient for intensive tool line tapping.
The requirements of the system are very simple, and it is very difficult to carry out the implementation. It is difficult to remember how many versions of the samples have been made. The key is that when trying out the samples, I don't know what the problem is. Is it the angle of the pattern that causes the edge tapping not smooth, or the angle, depression or radian of the head? No way, try again and again, because you are not sure where the problem is, you can only use the exclusion method to eliminate a little bit. Finally, after trying to change it over and over again, I finally found the feeling of smooth edge tapping, and the texture was clear, but it didn't seem to meet the requirements of rapid adaptation that I wanted. Finally, the technical department adjusted the pattern intersection to the most appropriate angle. One of the clearest and smoothest Bevelers tools I've ever used was born!
