The animated film "Journey to the West: 72 Transformations" is scheduled to be released on December 30

The parent-child animation movie "Journey to the West: 72 Transformations", adapted from "Journey to the West", one of the four great classics, is scheduled to be released nationwide on December 30, and pre-sales are now open. The film company also released a series of character posters.

The film is adapted from the chapter in "Journey to the West" where Sun Wukong learns skills in Sanxing Cave. It tells the story of the fledgling Sun Wukong who enters the Sanxing Cave School of Immortal Magic and begins to learn magic, and becomes classmates with well-known characters such as Bull Demon King, Lion King, Gold Horn and Silver Horn.

"Journey to the West: 72 Transformations" excavates and presents 11 races of gods and monsters from "Journey to the West", and creates more than 100 characters of different forms. The series of character posters released today present all the characters, including Sun Wukong, the Dragon King of the East Sea, the Demon King of Mixed Worlds, the Bull Demon King, Bodhi, the Clairvoyance, the Lion King, the Parrot King and other 12 important characters.
