The day before yesterday, on December 10th, the much-anticipated sci-fi masterpiece "The Three-Body Problem" animation was launched on Bilibili. The number of views on the first day exceeded 100 million, and as of now, the number of views has reached 130 million. Recently, the share price of Bilibili (HK9626), one of the developers of "The Three-Body Problem", has also been rising. In the 10 trading days from November 29 to now, the cumulative increase has reached 115%! At the opening today (December 12), the share price once rose by more than 10%, and then the increase narrowed, now at HK$206, with a total market value of HK$82.38 billion. The "Three-Body" animation, adapted from the series of science fiction novels of the same name by writer Liu Cixin, was mainly produced by Bilibili (B Station), co-produced by Three-Body Universe (Shanghai) Cultural Development Co., Ltd., and co-produced by Wuhan Yihua Kaitian Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. It took nearly 5 years from the early preparation to the production schedule. On December 11, Bilibili told Red Star Capital that the "Three-Body" animation is Bilibili's largest and most expensive domestic production in recent years. Currently, the animation of "The Three-Body Problem" has attracted four advertisers, including Changan Automobile, HP Notebook, ROKID, and Nanfu. Although it is currently free to watch, starting from the fifth episode, it will be exclusively available to B station members. Some industry insiders said that the animation may drive the growth of the number of B station members. |
