Eleven returns to Miss Holmes 3, which will be darker than the previous one

According to an exclusive report by Deadline, one of Netflix's most successful film series, "Miss Holmes", is preparing for the third film. Philip Ballantini ("Boiling Point", "The Accused") will direct and "Little Eleven" Millie Bobby Brown will return to star. This may be her next project after completing the final season of "Stranger Things".

The first two parts of the series were released in 2020 and 2022 respectively, telling the story of Enola Holmes following in the footsteps of her brother Sherlock Holmes (Henry Cavill) to solve mysteries across London.

Plot details for the new film are unclear, but industry insiders close to the project say Ballantini's approach won over executives and producers because it was darker and the storyline leaned toward the old school. The source added that his approach for the series was like what Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban proposed for the Harry Potter films, which were known for having a darker tone than the first two films.
