Nik Samborsky recently shared a fan-made video showing some shots from the movie "Top Gun 2: Maverick" created with Unreal Engine 5. The creator also compared the original version of the movie with the scenes developed using the UE5 engine. As you can see, the scenes created by this enthusiast are almost comparable to the quality of movie scenes. Even the second scene showing the aircraft engine looks better under the Unreal Engine 5. This is undoubtedly exciting and shows the strength of Epic's current generation engine. Hopefully, creator Samborsky will share an extended version of the video with more scenes.
