The comedy manga "Don't Be an Onii-chan!" created by Japanese manga artist Mao Doufu was announced in April this year to be adapted into a TV animation. Today (August 12), the official first trailer PV of the animation was released. Animation trailer:The animation will be produced by Studio Bind. The story tells the story of a otaku named Mahiro Oyama who drinks a strange medicine made by his genius sister Minami Oyama and becomes a woman. He starts another life and the daily life of a light comedy unfolds. The protagonist Mahiro will be voiced by Takano Marika, and the sister will be voiced by Ishihara Natsuo. The voice actor lineup currently announced also includes Kanemoto Hisako and Watsuda Minami, who play another pair of sisters, Hozuki Kaede and Hozuki Momiji respectively.
