Stranger Things Season 4 has surpassed 1.3 billion hours of viewing, but still falls short of Squidward Floyd

The fourth season of Stranger Things is the most watched English series in Netflix's history. In Netflix's second quarter earnings report, Netflix revealed that more than 1.3 billion hours of Stranger Things Season 4 have been watched since it premiered in late May.

The latest season of Netflix's 1980s supernatural drama has surpassed other shows in terms of hours watched, with The Umbrella Academy at 284 million and The Lincoln Lawyer at 277 million.

However, in Netflix's history, the fourth season of "Stranger Things" ranked second, and the first place was the Korean drama "Squid Game". The viewing time of "Squid Game" in the first month of its broadcast exceeded 1.65 billion hours, and the cumulative viewing time exceeded 1.9 billion hours.

It is worth mentioning that in the recent 74th Primetime Emmy Awards, Squidward received 14 nominations including "Best Drama Series", becoming the first non-English drama series in history to be nominated for the Emmy Award for Best Drama Series.
