Celebrating its 25th anniversary, Titanic will be re-screened worldwide in February next year

According to Deadline, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the release of "Titanic", Disney announced that "Titanic" directed by Cameron will be back in theaters in time for next year's Valentine's Day.

It is reported that the re-released version of "Titanic" is a replica that supports 3D 4K HDR and high frame rate. Disney plans to re-screen it around the world on February 10, 2023.

It should be pointed out that "Titanic" was distributed by Paramount in North America, while Disney was responsible for its promotion and distribution overseas.

Titanic is one of the best-grossing movies in the history of cinema, with a global box office of $2.2 billion. Before Cameron's Avatar, Titanic was the highest-grossing movie in the world. Avatar was released in 2009 and grossed $2.8 billion worldwide, making it the highest-grossing movie in history. Sandwiched between Avatar and Titanic is the Marvel movie Avengers 4.

Avatar 2 is scheduled to be released in North America in December this year and is currently in post-production. Titanic is currently available on Paramount+ (streaming).
