Technology: CNC fine carving
CNC engraving is one of the most sophisticated printing tools. The processing time of each printing is long. It is so-called slow work produces fine work. It is carved on stainless steel with a very sharp knife head. The knife head is very easy to wear. It is necessary to do the second and third times to ensure the fineness. Each printing is checked with a high power magnifying glass before leaving the machine.
Material: 304 stainless steel
After a variety of materials comparison, although 304 stainless steel processing is the most difficult, but its hardness is high, so the maintenance performance is more outstanding, the service life is the longest.
Integrated pole: whole pole turning
The welded pole is very easy to fracture when being hammered. Although the integral rod needs to drop most of the material car of the whole bar, the cost is high, but the integrated rod is durable.

Geometrics: Armor
This is the legendary shanwenjia,This is the first time that traditional Chinese culture has been made into leather carving printing. Shanwen armor is a legendary existence, which is a typical Chinese style armor. Why is it legendary? Because there is no physical object unearthed so far, it is very difficult to recover and crack. Because of the complexity and high cost of production, it is mostly used as military officer armor and pro army armor, and the grass-roots prevalence rate is not high. All in all, it's - you can afford to have a little identity~~~~~ The reason why we started to develop Shanwen armor was that it was shocked by a picture, a piece of armor, and awed by British spirit.
This time,sozo highly restored the shape of Shanwen armor, paying attention to the sense of penetration and the historical shape of the armor itself, showing a triangular three-dimensional shape.
Within the controllable range of 2.0 leather material, we can show the shock brought by this traditional culture as three-dimensional and complete as possible, and combine the traditional armor pattern with leather carving for the first time to create greater possibilities for leather.
In the design of printing, we think the following points are important:
1. Stereoscopic sense --- no doubt, the first requirement.
2. Resistance reduction --- this determines whether the percussion is laborious and whether it is easy to present perfect effect. 3. Easy to arrange --- the common problem of combined printing is that it is crooked when it is hit, and it can not be arranged. Therefore, this problem should be considered when printing design.
4. Matching degree with leather material --- mainly considering the thickness of leather material above 2.0, and the increase of thickness is no problem.
