According to an exclusive report from Hong Kong's Oriental Daily, Tsui Hark's film The Return of the Condor Heroes is expected to start filming, and the cast currently under discussion was also revealed: Mainland artists Huang Jingyu and Zhou Ye will play the male and female protagonists Yang Guo and Xiaolongnu respectively.

Zhou Xun will play Huang Rong, Chen Kun will play Guo Jing, Zhang Yuqi will play Li Mochou, and Liu Haocun is said to play Guo Xiang. Stephen Chow's favorite Shi Yanneng will play King Jinlun.
