Rumiko Takahashi's classic work "Urusei Yatsura" will produce a new TV animation, which is scheduled to be broadcast in 2022. Today, on April 7, the official announced the latest preview and some of the main character voice actors. Let's take a sneak peek.

•Urusei Yatsura is the representative work of Japanese cartoonist Rumiko Takahashi and her first full-length work. The cartoon was serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday from 1978 to 1987 and won the 26th Shogakukan Manga Award and the 18th Seiun Award (1987). Urusei Yatsura is not only Takahashi's masterpiece, but also a milestone in the history of Japanese animation. The unrestrained imagination in the play is amazing. Takahashi not only gradually formed her own signature humorous style in the serialization of Urusei, but also made a leap forward in her painting skills and style.

The new TV animation of "Urusei Yatsura" is a work to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of Shogakukan. It has been confirmed that the protagonist Moroboshi will be played by Hiroshi Kamiya, Ram will be played by Sumire Uesaka, Miyake Shinobu will be played by Maaya Uchida, and Mendou Sotaro will be played by Mamoru Miyano. The story will be broadcasted in 4 chapters, so stay tuned.
