The new film by the director of the hit "Squid Game" is more exciting: Not recommended for the elderly

"Squid Game", produced by Netflix in September last year and directed by Hwang Dong-hyuk, became a huge hit and once became the most watched series on Netflix, becoming a phenomenal work in 2021. The thriller and suspense drama tells the story of hundreds of people trapped in life who participated in six life-and-death escape games for a prize of 45.6 billion won.

Since the drama contains a lot of bloody and violent scenes such as head shots and organ harvesting, many schools in the UK, Belgium and other countries sent letters to warn parents not to let their children watch "Squidward".

If you thought Squidward was violent, Hwang Dong Hyuk has something even more violent up his sleeve. He's working on a new film that will be even more violent than Squidward.

Hwang Dong-hyuk reportedly already has a 25-page script for The Old Men's Club, which was inspired by a novel by Umberto Eco, but the title of the book has not been given and a release date for the film has not been announced.

Hwang said "Killing Old Men Club" would definitely be "another controversial movie" with more violence than "Squidward Gamble," and joked that he might have to hide from senior citizens after the film's release.

The report also states that Hwang Dong Hyuk will also write the highly anticipated second season of Squidward Game and hopes it will be available on Netflix by the end of 2024.
