Will Smith slams Oscar host: Stop making fun of my wife

Will Smith slams Oscar host: Stop making fun of my wife

March 28 was the day of the 94th Academy Awards ceremony, which was full of stars and lively. But during the ceremony, a dramatic scene occurred. Will Smith was dissatisfied with the host Chris Rock for making fun of his wife, so he rushed to the stage to defend his wife, punched the host and cursed him. This sudden incident scared the director on the scene and he immediately shut down the microphone.

Live video:

Since Will Smith's wife Jada Pinkett Smith showed up at the Oscars with a bald head, black comedian Chris Rock made fun of her bald look while hosting the show. Cross joked that he thought Jada was competing for a role in "G.I.G. 2". This embarrassed Jada in the audience because she had shaved her head because of hair loss. After hearing Chris say this, she couldn't help but roll her eyes.

Unexpectedly, Will Smith suddenly walked onto the stage and punched Chris Rock, slapping him in the face with his palm, forcing Chris to step back and turn his face away. The microphone also heard the muffled sound of Rock's face being hit, which shows how hard Will Smith hit him.

Internet pictures, everyone is shocked

Will Smith was still not satisfied after beating someone up, and after leaving the stage, he yelled at Chris Rock: "Don't mention my wife's name again in your rotten mouth." Rock stared at Smith but didn't dare to fight back.

Even more dramatic is that Will Smith won the Best Actor Oscar for his role as Richard in "King Richard" after beating up the host. When Will Smith went on stage to accept the award, he apologized for his previous impulsive behavior and said, "I want to apologize to the Academy and to all the nominees. Love can make you do some crazy things."
