Recently, Karen Fukuhara, a Japanese-American actress who has starred in "Suicide Squad" and "The Boys", said that she was hit on the head by a man and her hat was blown off. Karen Fukuhara posted on Instagram that she went to a cafe to drink coffee when a man suddenly hit her on the back of the head, knocking her hat off. When she looked back, the man had walked away. She considered confronting the man but decided not to take the risk. After staring at each other for a few seconds, the man yelled at her and left. "I don't know why this happened. I didn't do anything unusual," said Fukuhara Karen. She said she was fine, but these things needed to stop. "This is the first time I've been physically hurt. These perpetrators beat women, Asians, and the elderly. What kind of pleasure do they get from it? They must be held accountable for their actions." Fukuhara Karen was thankful that the man did not carry a weapon with him or return to attack her. She considered learning self-defense. "We have to think about how to protect ourselves." Several actors who starred with Karen Fukuhara in "Suicide Squad" and "The Boys" also left messages to comfort her, such as Karl Urban, Chace Crawford, Jack Quaid and Jay Hernandez, who all offered their heartwarming support. |
