Plot summary:

“The year is 2036 – 14 years after a deadly virus caused a global apocalypse, Jade Wesker fights to survive in a world ruled by bloodthirsty infected and deranged creatures. Amid this absolute carnage, Jade is haunted by the past of New Raccoon City, her father’s chilling relationship with the Umbrella Corporation, and most importantly: what happened to her sister, Billie.”

The cast of the live-action Resident Evil series was announced in 2021. We know that Lance Reddick will play Albert Wesker. Jade and Billie are Wesker's daughters and seem to be key characters in the series.
