2021 Chinese film audience satisfaction score is 85.2 points, the highest in 7 years

According to data from the China Film Art Research Center: As of now, the Chinese film audience satisfaction project has completed its seventh annual survey, and the 2021 annual audience satisfaction score was 85.2 points, the highest in seven years.

Judging from the three major satisfaction indexes, the annual viewing and thoughtfulness scores in 2021 were 85.6 points and 85.9 points respectively, a slight increase from 2020; the annual communication score was 83.1 points, an increase of 2 points from the same period in 2020.

From the perspective of each period, the satisfaction of the 2021 summer, National Day and early winter periods has increased year-on-year compared with the same period in 2020. Among them, the audience satisfaction of the 2021 National Day period was 89.1 points, the highest score among the 44 periods in the historical survey; the satisfaction of the summer period was 85.6 points, ranking fourth in the historical survey.

Looking at the top 10 films in terms of satisfaction in 2021, the National Day films "Changjin Lake" and "My Fathers and Me", and the summer films "Revolutionary", "1921" and "Chinese Doctor" all scored over 87 points in satisfaction, ranking at the top of the annual top 10 list. "Hello, Li Huanying" released during the Spring Festival ranked fourth in satisfaction of the year; in addition, films such as "Raging Fire", "On the Cliff" and "Young Lion" also received high satisfaction ratings from the audience.
